Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Free trial periods do not require payment.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into POSMINI. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for backing up your data. While we maintain regular backups, we are not liable for data loss.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

POSMINI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
